11,300 Yaz and Yasmin Lawsuits Now Pending

Just a quick note – a report from Bayer shows that they  have been served with 11,300 Yasmin and Yaz lawsuits.  No word as to how many of those lawsuits allege gallbladder injuries vs. the more traditional clotting injuries.  But either way, that’s a lot of lawsuits for Bayer to deal with.
